Return & Exchanges
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay.
As a standard practice in the retail industry, sale and promotional items are excluded from our return/exchange policy. This is because these items are often sold at a significantly reduced price and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
CANCELLATION

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by wenrujewelry.com in case of returns.
