Return & Exchange Policy

At wenrujewelry.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making a return or exchange.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product(s).

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

2. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  • All products must be returned with their original packaging and boxes.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return and exchange shipping fees (including import/customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Faulty or defective items may be returned at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration from its original condition. In such cases, the product may be shipped back to you at your own expense.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return procedure outlined below.

4. How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Contact Customer Service

  • Email our support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and (if applicable) a photo or video of the faulty item.

Step 2 — Repack the Item

  • Place the item(s) in the original packaging along with your receipt.

Step 3 — Complete Documentation

  • Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form.

  • Insert all copies into the transparent envelope provided and attach it to the package (do not seal the envelope). These forms are required for customs clearance.

Step 4 — Ship the Package

  • Hand the package to the designated courier.

  • Keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If the return does not meet the above requirements, the package will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and the refund has been processed.
